Dose & Protocol Basics

Session timing, frequency, and modality selection. What operators need to know to guide clients and optimize scheduling.

Session Duration

The Pinnacle Bed runs 12 to 15 minute full-body sessions. The Summit Pads run approximately 20 minute focused-area sessions. These times are pre-programmed — no manual timing required.

Session Frequency

Most operators recommend 2 to 3 sessions per week as a general wellness routine. Some clients prefer daily sessions, especially during initial use. Frequency guidance should be based on individual goals and practitioner recommendations.

From a business perspective, 2 to 3 sessions per week per client supports strong utilization rates and makes membership packaging practical.
